TOUR PORT ELIZABETH – GARDEN ROUTE – CAPE TOWN
Day 1 – Arrive Johannesburg Airport - transfer to Domestic Departures for flight to Port Elizabeth.
Arrive Port Elizabeth International Airport - your tour guide will meet you and transfer you to the beautiful Guest House. – Experience luxury Guesthouse accommodation at it s best. Situated just 10 kilometers from the famous Addo Elephant National Park. Enjoy a culinary experience. D B B
Day 2 - Early breakfast – and depart for full day Tour to Addo for game drive, with light Lunch –followed by Game drive in Private Game Reserve where you have excellent chance of viewing free roaming lions. Indulge in a traditional South African barbecue. Return to Lodge around 21H00. Full Board/ excursions included
Day 3 - Depart for Garden Route – beautiful drive along the scenic coastline. You will pass through the well known Tsitsikamma – the world renown Bungy Jump. Stop off if you dare, for the thrill seekers. Stop over at the Craggs – visit Birds of Eden /– the largest free flight bird aviary in the world. It is a unique 2 hectare dome, which spans over a gorge of indigenous forest. This sanctuary has its own mysterious ruin, with a walk behind waterfall, or Monkeyland and Jukani home of the big cats
Optional - Ocean Safaris - (weather permitting) operates in a bay which protected from most prevailing seas and weather conditions by the spectacular Robberg Peninsula where you can marvel at the seals, dolphins and whales. Late Afternoon sundowner cruise with snacks on Knysna Waterfront includes Drinks overlooking the waterway surrounded by the shops.

Day 4 - Depart for scenic drive and tour of Sedgefield - cycle tours – relax on the beach – Art & Crafts Market – Tandem Flying – Moonlight tours – on the beach – enjoy the many rock pools and the array of marine life.
Continue over the amazing Outeniqua Mountains. Arrive in time for lunch and a tour of an ostrich farm in Oudtshoorn. Check in at your hotel – D.B B .
Day 5 - Early morning start –Meerkat tour – Breakfast - followed by an elephant encounter Lunch and wine tasting at local Wine Estate. Afternoon at the Famous Cango Caves – Over night at a beautiful Guest House under the Majestic Mountains. Overnight D B B – excursions/wine tasting included
Day 6 – After Breakfast travel on the very scenic route via Calitzdorp en route to Cape Town . Walking distance from V & A waterfront. B B
Tour 1: George City Tour
The Botanical Gardens plays a role Nationally and Globally in conservation and study of what is arguably a rich diversity of plant life. Marvel at the floral Kingdom and its beautiful gardens. We visit the Brew tea Garden – sample the famous Rubia Coffee and locally crafted beer – ciders – wonder around these beautiful gardens. We continue to the George Museum and onto the Ceramic Shop. Sample cheese made locally, and pair the wine with chocolate . Afternoon we visit the Redberry and Strawberry Farm where you may pick your own strawberries. Enjoy a lunch on the farm and meander through the little shop with many jams and condiments.
Tour 2: George Power Van Tour
Board the Power Van – from the transport museum to travel up the majestic Outeniqua Mountains . The views are outstanding. We stop over at Herold Wine Farm, for some local wines and picnic lunch.
Tour 3: Animal Park
Morning tour for the young and the young at heart – visit Victoria Heights Animal Reptile Park – see the one of the largest tortoises and Anacondas, amongst a host of other animals. This is a guided tour.
Tour 4: Outeniqua Farmers Market
Saturdays - enjoy morning breakfast at farmers market – situated under the Outeniqua Mountain – wonder around this market and sample local foods – Arts and crafts - Midmorning depart for your canoeing up the Touw River – canoe for 4kms then join the walking trail to the stunning waterfall. Light lunch and refreshments will be served. This area is well known for its bird life. Bring costumes, sun screen and walking shoes
Tour 5: Kingfisher Bird Trail - Opt for the Kingfisher Bird Trail morning tour,
We then make our way to the Timberlake Village – for lunch and an adventure tour. Sample Fresh Oysters or choose a meal from the award winning Zucchini Restaurant.

Mosaic tour - Mosaics are made from repurposed waste –damaged tiles and ceramic crockery and pebbles, which have been collected from the beach. This guided tour is 90 minutes and starts in town and ends in Smutsville our local town ship village, at the town hall.

Hire a Mountain bike with front suspension and away you go into the Garden Route Forest level of fitness 3-4. Voted as one of the top mountain bike routes by the German Bike Magazine.
The route climbs single track on the old forest slip paths through indigenous forest with breathtaking sea and mountain views through the coastal fynbos. Distance +- 24kms -

Stop over for the clotted tea cream special. Visit the cheese factory and the Spookasem sample variety of teas and fairy cakes, in the quaintest shop. Knysna Elephant Park – an opportunity to feed the elephant, touch and interact with these elephants, in a controlled area. Free range environment. Enjoy picnic lunch and walk in the indigenous rainforest. Opportunity to walk or ride on the elephants back.
Tour 2: Millwood & Jubilee Creek
Outing to Millwood old mining town of Knysna and Jubilee Creek. For an adventure into the deep indigenous forest, you have opportunity of seeing remants of a bye-gone gold rush. Gold Mining was at its peak in this area back in 1880. A thriving town existed, But by 1893. With the decline in gold – the population had dwindled to 70 people. Drive through the forests, we will stop for tea at Molly,s. Then we will continue our adventure into the Bendigo Mines. In this area there is a river that runs though the forest. We will stop off here for a picnic lunch.
Tour 3: Featherbed Nature Reserve
We depart from cruise café – across the knysna the views. Or optional bushbuck walk and enjoy barbecue fish lunch. We take a ferry across the amazing Knysna Lagoon to Featherbed Nature Reserve. Where you can take a trailer ride to top of the Western Head and savour breathtaking views. There is an optional bushbuck walk and enjoy a barbecue fish lunch under the milkwood trees. Then on to Knysna waterfront and meander through the shops and its own harbor.
Tour 1: Oudsthoorn Encounter
Depart early for a fun filled day - You drive over the spectacular Outeniqua Mountain Pass you will see the path where our forefathers trekked over the mountain pass, known as the Montague pass. Continue passed the hops which is produced. As you drive through the these majestic mountains you will see how the terrain changes as you enter the Klein Karoo. Home of the Ostrich. We will visit the ostrich farm for a tour where you will feed the ostrich and learn all about the feathers and the bird. For those that are brave enough you may ride on the ostrich or race against the local jockeys. Pop into the local curio shop to purchase your ostrich wallet/handbag or belts. We will then transfer to Swartberg Country Lodge to experience a cheese and wine tastingAfter lunch we will visit the cango caves and witness the wonder of the Klein Karoo. Situated in limestone ridge parallel to Swartberg Mountains, you will find the finest dripstone caverns and vast halls.
Optional Art Tour – under the incredible Swartberg Mountains, indulge in your creative skills - unleash the artist within you. Your professional artist will take you through the steps to create your own masterpiece to hang on your wall.
Tour 2: A Wildlife Experience
Buffelsdrift Game Reserve, is situated in the malaria free Garden route, of South Africa . With Swartberg Mountains as a backdrop and a magnificent waterhole at your doorstep, experience wildlife of the Klein Karoo. An elephant encounter and a Meerkat tour or Game Bush Safari. Thereafter we visit Cango Wildlife for their Cango Wildlife Experience: This tour includes Crocodile cage diving - encounter with the cheetahs – and many other amazing animals. Walk in enclosure with Wallaby,s and Lemurs. An absolute fantastic tour.

Tour 3: Walk with the Cheetahs
Sunrise Cheetah Walk - 07H30 – 09H00 -Sunset Cheetah Walk 16H30 – 18H00
Come walk with the cheetah through the forest, as cheetah enjoys his daily exercise. A unique opportunity to spend time with this endangered creature. An experience of a lifetime.
Option 2 – Sunrise Cheetah Combo – walk the cheetah and interact with other cats.

Tour 4: Robberg Experience
Kayak with experienced guide from central beach to Robberg Nature Reserve. Kayak amongst the dolphins and seals with amazing marine life. Tour includes light lunch /guide/entrance fee
Tour 1: Tour of Mossel Bay Town
Visit the Dias Museum where Portuguese explorer Bartholomeu Dias headed expedition to sail around the tip of Africa in search of Trade Routes for India. This town was renamed Mossel Bay after an abundance of mussels in the bay were found back in 1488. Explore replica of ship. Visit the Post Office Tree – where the letters were posted when the ships stopped over.
Visit St Blais lighthouse - for the more adventurous there is a trail of 13.6 kms around the coastline.
Tour 2: Shark Cage Diving
Nose to Nose with the Great White Shark. An adrenaline rush like no other.
On arrival you will receive safety briefing – crew will chum the water to attract the sharks, using fish and natural marine products. Slip on your goggles, jump into cage and begin your life changing experience. 3-4 hours – light lunch/refreshments are served on board. DVD available to purchase of your experience.
Tour 3: Botlierskop Game Reserve - Day Visitors
Experience a Garden Route Safari – in open vehicle - for close encounters with Rhinos, Lions, Buffalo,Giraffe and so much more. The game reserves is 3500 ha with 26 species of animals. There are more than 200 bird species.
For those experienced horse riders - saddle up for an exciting horseback safari. 1-3 hours
Optional -Walking with the Lions
A once in a lifetime experience ….. walk alongside Africa,s most majestic predator. 1 hour and maximum of 8 guests. Must be taller than 1.5cm. An opportunity to accompany the lion on foot in their natural habitat. These lions offer unparalled experience and insight into the behavior of this species. After this walk you may want to unwind at the Bush Spa on the river bank for an African massage.
